Giveaways are always fun to do but this one is even more exciting as I have not one but two The Joy of Lettering books to give away. If you’ve visited Lettering Tutorial recently you may have spotted a review I did on this lovely book. It is worth a read if you haven’t already seen it, as it explains in detail what you can expect to find and gain from the book authored by Gabri Joy Kirkendall and Jaclyn Escalera. To summarise it is a fantastic book which has a lot to offer lettering artists, catering to many different skills and abilities. In particular though, it is great for beginners. It contains step by step tutorials for lettering in different mediums, highlights different lettering styles and more.

I’m sure you are eager to find out how you can try and win one of these books, so the following is what you need to do to enter.
To Enter
Entering the giveaway is very simple. As it is December and the holiday season is beginning for many across the world and Winter has begun for many too, all you have to do is send me a piece of holiday or Winter inspired lettering work. You can use any style of lettering or any medium. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or have been practising a while any skill level is welcome. This is a worldwide giveaway so as long as you live somewhere that can receive mail you can enter!
Send pictures of your work including your name, location and a short summary explaining your lettering piece. That’s all you have to do to be entered into the giveaway.
Make sure you have sent me your entry by 11pm GMT (UK time) or 3pm PST (US time) on the 24th December 2016 as that’s the closing day for the giveaway. World Time Buddy is really helpful if you want to work out what time this will be wherever you live. By the 31st December 2016 two winners will be selected at random by an impartial volunteer, and you will receive an email shortly after this if you are a lucky winner asking for your postal address.

· There will be two winners, so if you win you will only receive one copy of a book.
· Books cannot be exchanged for any other goods or monetary value.
· The giveaway is open to participants worldwide.
· The giveaway closes on the 24th December 2016 at 11pm GMT (UK time) or 3pm PST (US time), two winners will be selected at random by an impartial volunteer by 31st December.
· If you win and do not respond to an email from Lettering Tutorial notifying you that you have won, after 30 days a new winner will be selected in place of you.
